why India is worst off then it can ever be

Hi i am Krishna & have tried to devlop education in India at the engineering stage at the highest level that is the IIT [for those who are not aware its the most prestigious isntitution of learning & education in India] but now education in India is marketed very well & does not call those on merit the population has gone up but the oppourtunity have become minimum & not many are even aware that they exist. There has been some sort of injustice being done by the IIT towards its asspirants the students of India & i made a mail highlighting them & sent it to as many peoples mail id i could obtain in the feild of education or those withholding some ammount of power but then i realised that these people profesors & teachers alike do not become great by replying mails on subject on which they talk or write about in the media for my mail below has never got me any reply.
what about me? I know it appears blunt but there are many like me who want to read for whom my idea below will open new path. I admit that i am not the brillant or super intelegent material that the IIT might need but i am sure that as said in my idea if i strengthen my basic & then do the needed hardwork i can be in the IIT also i have a problem I belong to the so called forward caste & have a mastery in giving up things take the IIT itself which takes in students who do not qualify becasue they are considered backward while a vast majority of this does not even feel themselves as a part of IIT. I am thirsty for knowledge & you can be certain that this knowledge will go a long way in the devlopment of a new India. I have covered all the main things that came into my mind at the micro level but will build it on at each stage. i have included a new teaching pattern [to promote self learning], a small process that will go a long way in knowing your neighbour [love thy neighbour - peace] The IDEA:-Dear Sir/ Madam, I am writing this to say that though your organisation is doing well its performance can still be enchanced further. I am talking about increasing the GOODWILL of the organisation & this can only be done when the company is into all around devlopment of the nation, the source for which is EDUCATION. Here i talk about education at the IIT`s for this will let the company handpick 1st rate students latter on from the university & also the company would be in public notice.AFTERALL A COMPANY`S PROFIT IS BUT A DIRECT REFLECTION OF ITS GOODWILL. for if there is a nice goodwill the public will consume more of that companies outputs then versus its rival & with the term BRAND LOYALTY becomingextint a customer brought is a customer gained. Many of my idea below require joining hand with the goverment butbonding with the goverment makes the goodwill so much better, try knowledge comission. MY IDEA- Call students of the last 3 years who attempeted the IIT-JEE [ immeterial of past performance]- Proof: IIT brouchere obtained on registration or the performance card- Give coaching in 2 main subjects needed for the course the student is intrested ineg: Maths + Physics for Aerospace Engineering [Vedic Maths compulsary for all students]- Teaching starts from basic to strenghten the foundation. Teaching follows a Explanation method, Handouts & worksheetsno questioning the student for it will incultivate desire of self learning.- Get a detailed survay of all the people living in the neighbourhood of the student [even if its back enterance falls in the lane in which the student resides including office which also double up as place of residence] Survey to contain a Picture ofthe person, age, educational qualification, gender, martial status, job description, mobile number [if they have] & e-mail id[must so if they dont have one they have to create one]. This so for at each Sem/ Year the student should be let to select one these resident & let him/her spend a week at the institution & also have a detailed tour of your organisation [sponsers] sothat they promote you from word of mouth. To increase the bonding of the residents let a carton of books [10 per subject i.e, 10-Maths, 10-Physics, 10-Chemistry be placed in the house of the students choice [room in case its a office + residenceor like a living quarters] so that they know one another in a much better manner.- All students joining this will be shown as if they have done their 12th/ + 2 from distance education as this will promote distance education among BPO people & in the rural India. - Preferably have the coaching held at ARMY base in bunkers so the students can learn to be more determined & deciplined- A strong body is also very much needed to host a strong mind so the students should be guided to devlop his height etc.,also teaching of swiming, cycling & all other latest means should be used in the feild of intrest of the student. SRI SRI YOGAof ART OF LIVING be a must to all students while Karate also be thought to them for it helps increase focus.- To improve the global image of the organisation 2 students from all other countries can also be inducted into the IIT`s oftheir choice while the Indian students be taken in the IIT from which any of their relative has graduated in the course of their choice.- Each Indian student joining can be asked to pay the fees for the IIT plus a ammount of Rs 20,000 which will be used inmaking the IIT`s able to acomidate the increase in student intake - Buildings built at rapid pace, structure & shabiness will not matter.- A one to one interactive section between the students & the President will also be very benifictial to the students & to the organisation + sponsers. Sir i am sure that with the knowledge backing you have its not difficult to do something on this so please oblige to my request & also sir if you have any doubt that i am thinking only about myself & not about the education of the nation then you can throw your head back & have a good laugh for i would take it up on the last point of my plan. Even better sir let these students who join be associated with various arms of the body i am not asking power for the students but guiance like let them be part of the knowledge comission allow us to see how the municipal works for our welfare, throw us to the slums & get a paradise, let us hobnob with the IAS & IPS so we know where we need to move in as a society.. its endless sir so please do your bit for EDUCATION & for India. These students can have an open page in which all the logs of their working is updated monthly [i know the time span is too long but its a start] & will be responsible to the public in the sence we will listen to them & act as a brdige between them & the higherups here i promise that atleast i will do all that i can - i will answer to all that write to my mail [which will be disclosed on the webpage] i will take the responsibility to what i write & what work that i do this again is a start sir for if you look on the net you will find all our MP`s have an e-mail id @sansad.nic.in to which you can send mail but never expect any reply or action for i am certain that 90% of them do not remember their mail id & if they do they certainly do not now how to log on on & use it. Sir i have not give you my name & this is so for i strongly belive that responsibility can be backed only by power while i am an individual a student but sir you can put together a group of people like yourself & take the matter up to the President or to people like Mr.N.R.Murthy & you can see to it that the plan is a major hit.
